第七届金拴马桩奖大学生影像艺术节正式面向全球征集作品，征集时间持续至2019年11月5日。由陕西教育厅、西安美术学院、陕西省美术家协会、陕西省摄影家协会、陕西省电影家协会共同主办，西安美术学院承办的第七届“金拴马桩奖”大学生影像艺术节，将于2019年12月08日－13日在西安美术学院举办。本活动旨在推动大学生的影像实验与创作，发掘青年影像艺术人才、推广影像艺术传播和加强国内外大学生影像艺术交流，涵盖影视、动画、摄影、新媒体等诸多艺术门类。
Co-sponsored by Shaanxi province education department, Xi 'an Academy of Fine Arts, Shaanxi Province Artists Association， Shaanxi Province Photographers Association，Shaanxi Province Film Association and undertaken by Xi 'an Academy of Fine Arts, the seventh Golden ShuanMaZhuang Awards Students Image Art Festival will be held in Xi 'an Academy of Fine Arts, from December 8th to 13th, 2019.The aims of this activity include promoting the image experiment and creation of college students, exploring the young image art talents to promote the image art dissemination and strengthening the image art communication of college students at home and abroad, covering many art categories such as new media of film and television animation photography.
